After graduating from the School of Fine Arts in Dresden, an institution influenced by Gerhard Richter, the German sculptor and painter Thomas Scheibitz, made a name for himself, along with Franck Nitsche and Eberhard Havekost, as a member of the Dresden school. Scheibitz’s paintings, devoid of narrative elements, emphasis the visual impact of pictorial media. His dynamic compositions accumulate perspectives and fragment vision.
