In the context of the health crisis

I am a member. Is it mandatory for me to make reservations? 

From 16 June 2021, you no longer need to book a time slot to come to the Centre Pompidou. 
You have free and unlimited access thanks to your POP' card. 
Simply use the priority queue reserved for members in the Piazza of the Centre Pompidou and show your valid membership card. 

 

The Centre Pompidou was closed during lockdown. How does this impact my membership? 

In compensation for the months when the Centre Pompidou was closed due to the lockdowns and so you can fully benefit from all the advantages of your card, the validity of your membership has been extended: 

  • For the first lockdown: a 4 month extension period. 
    Only for memberships whose validity expires on or after 14 March 2020 and which were purchased before 10 June 2020.  
  • For the second lockdown: a 7 month extension period. 
    Only for memberships whose validity expires on or after 30 October 2020 and which were purchased before 1 May 2021. 
    Example: If your membership expired on 30 November 2020, the expiration date for your membership is now 30 June 2021.  

If you want to know the exact expiry date of your card, go to your personal area.
Your login is the email address to which you receive all the information from the membership programme. 

 

You retain the same card, no action is required on your part.


Membership

I lost my card. 

If you lose your card, go to the Membership Area (open every day except Tuesdays from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm) to request a duplicate (€12). 

If your card was stolen, the duplicate will be provided free of charge on presentation of a declaration of theft. 

 

I can't find my membership in my account. 

You may have used another email address when you created your account. Try to log in using another address. If the problem persists, contact us by phone at +33 (01) 44 78 14 63.

 

I lost my password 

You can generate a new password from our online ticket office by clicking on connect, then password forgotten.  

 

I opted for a digital card, can I have a physical card? 

You cannot have both formats. If you have not yet used your digital card, you can contact us to request a change of card. 

 

I opted for a digital card, how can I get my card? 

Download your card to your phone from your personal space. Under the heading "Tickets", choose your membership, then click on "open mobile ticket" to generate the digital card. 

 

What are the advantages of the POP’ programme?

I wish to join the POP’ programme, what should I do?  

Consult all our membership formulas and purchasing options on our website.

 

My membership expires soon. Do you have a loyalty offer?  

To reward you for your loyalty and to keep you with us, before your membership expires you will receive a re-subscription offer at a preferential rate before your membership expires. It will be accessible in your personal account, under the Offers heading. 

 

I haven't received any newsletters from the POP' programme. 

Did you agree to receive our newsletters? You can update your preferences in your personal space, under the Profile heading. To receive all our latest news and our exclusive offers for subscribed members, select "I agree to receive emails with news updates from the Centre Pompidou". 

If you received your card as a gift, contact our customer service at +33 (01) 44 78 14 63 or go the Membership Area on site (open every day except Tuesdays from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm). 

 

Where can I find my offers and invitations?  

Go to the Offers heading in your personal account to consult your invitations to events and your reduced rates. You can then download your tickets from the dedicated heading in order to attend your events.

 

How can I buy a POP’ membership as a gift?

You can make your purchase in the online Membership space or by telephone. Click here for all the procedures.
