The event is over
World Animated Film Day. The street, the city, the urban jungle: a space where time speeds up and man feels tiny, overwhelmed by all the concrete, the traffic, the crowds and the constant noise. Set in the heart of this stimulating yet oppressive world, the films of Blu, Gottschalk, Gautry and others waft the viewer through the labyrinthine imaginations of the young animators – people who can appropriate reality, transform it, and perhaps restore part of its humanity. The city thus becomes an 'open mine' of creation, conducive to reinventing the world.
