Youth Audience

In 2025, the Centre Pompidou is beginning a major transformation !

Throughout the year, the Centre’s spaces are gradually closing to allow teams to relocate and prepare for the renovation project.
At the same time, the Constellation program is being launched, ensuring that the Centre Pompidou remains more vibrant than ever and closer to you, by radiating out through hundreds of partner venues in France and around the world, from 2025 until its reopening in 2030.

  • At the Centre Pompidou, until the end of June 2025, enjoy family-friendly moments:
    • at the Children’s Gallery, with the exhibition-workshop "Il était une ville";
    • at the Children’s Studio, for hands-on experiences and an introduction to art and artistic practices;
    • and in the exhibitions, thanks to Tribu family tours;
      Don’t miss "Viens avec nous", the festive and free weekend event dedicated to young audiences, held each year just before the summer holidays.
  • Starting in June 2025, head to the Grand Palais in Paris–central partner of the Constellation–to discover a brand-new installation by the duo Marion Pinaffo & Raphaël Pluvinage, with free access.
  • In early September, teens can reconnect with Studio 13/16 at the Gaîté lyrique in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
  • You’ll also find, near you, educational and playful art discovery initiatives developed by the Centre Pompidou and circulating daily across numerous venues in France and around the world

At the Centre Pompidou, until September

Il était une ville
Sara de.Gouy

13 February – 30 June 2025

For this new exhibition-workshop, Sara de.Gouy—space designer, architect, and visual artist (born in 1983, based in Lyon)—invites visitors to imagine and experiment with a more joyful, poetic, and sustainable city, one designed with children in mind.

Conceived as a large-scale model, the installation plays with different scales—the city's and that of its young visitors—while also questioning the role of living beings and natural elements in urban spaces. Developed in collaboration with two second-grade classes from a Parisian elementary school, the project invites both children and adults to dream together.

Voûtes et volutes
Une installation interactive de Marion Pinaffo et Raphaël Pluvinage

11 juin 2025 – 4 janvier 2026

Entrée libre

Grand Palais, Paris 8e
