Marcel Duchamp
2 - 3 Mar 2013

The event is over

Marcel Duchamp was perhaps the major figure of twentieth-century art, the multi-talented precursor of all artistic modernity and postmodernity. Consequently, a question arises: how could one man alone assume responsibility for so many issues? How does he continue to generate such fascination (positive and negative) while remaining so mysterious and little known by the general public? Starting from subjective research into facts, anecdotes and concepts, this project, involving theatre, dance and live exhibition, is an attempt to bring the magic of Duchamp’s realm onto the stage, under the banner of celebration, complexity and love.
