Richard Siegal / Alberto Posadas

The play Glossopoeia, (literally making up a language) is a meeting of dance, electro-acoustic music and video, born from a meeting between the American choreographer Richard Siegal and the Spanish composer Alberto Posadas. By applying systems of formal iterative grammars which govern both the choreographic and the musical scores, Glossopoeia explores the relation between music and dance.
