Rue Santa Fe

Carmen Castillo outlived her partner, Miguel Enriquez, the head of the resistance against the Pinochet dictatorship who died in combat on Santa Fe Street in Santiago, Chile on 5 October 1974. The film is an account with an underlying question: were all of these resistance actions worth it? Throughout the meetings with the inhabitants of Santa Fe Street, the family, friends, and the director tell of the journey from the bright days of Allende to the dark years of dictatorship.
