Jean-Luc Moulène in conversation with Marc Touitou and Jean-Pierre Criqui discussing Fénautrigues
Devised by Jean-Luc Moulène, in collaboration with graphic designer Marc Touitou, Fénautrigues, the book is a tribute to the printed photograph and a place in the Gers region. The product of twenty years’ archive material (7,000 views taken, 500 of which have been selected), almost exclusively related to the landscape, this subject has been for Moulène an opportunity to verify all his descriptive practices and to bring the countryside into contemporary art. This construction of a landscape from three different walks and hundreds of pages is a unique enterprise.
