Raimund Hoghe

Conceived as a homage to Dominique Bagouet, "Si je meurs laissez le balcon ouvert", the last creation of choreographer Raimund Hoghe, transcends the stake of a reconstruction or a choreographic quotation to attach itself to writing a trace, a wake. The memory of 'dear voices that have fallen silent', that of Bagouet in his last play "Necesito", that of Hervé Guibert, as well as that of Garcia Lorca from whom Raimund Hoghe borrowed the title, those finally of a period, the 1980s, haunted by the ravages of AIDS, "Si je meurs " is conjugated in a present tense of losses and memories.
