Steven Cohen

Steven Cohen is a visual artist and performer from South Africa who uses his body as his main instrument for his artistic explorations of the question of identity. His latest creation, Golgotha, is an attempt to "find a dance somewhere in the empty space between the amorality of commerce (where everything is for sale) and the rites of lamentation (everything ends with death)."
