Sofa, de Héléna Villovitch

During the 2014 edition of Hors Pistes, Hélèna Villovitch presented a hybrid form of the initial stages in making her film Sofa, which was still being written. Sitting on a sofa at the foot of the projection screen, the director, alongside Laetitia Dosch, Viviana Moin and David TV, showed a series of images, family photos, drawings, sketches, and, above all, sofas. This philosophical topic also reveals the complexity of family relationships. Three years have passed, and the project has become a book entitled Pour en finir avec mon sofa and a film called Sofa shown this evening with a few passages read aloud.
