Jonas Mekas : la suite

Jonas Mekas, the tutelary and patriarchal figure of the American underground art scene, returns to the Centre Pompidou with the magnificent, profoundly moving final opus of his filmed journal Outtakes from the Life of a Happy Man, accompanied by the first-time showings of four short video films, shot or edited from his retrospective. At the end of the session, Jonas Mekas talks to Patrice Rollet, the author of an essay on his films, Diaries, Notes and Sketches (published by Yellow Now, 2014).
