The event is over
Up until the end of January 2012, ten shows will deal with the connections between art and cinema, which were ever-increasing as of the 1960s, when, in the wake of pop and minimalism, film began to appear in museums and galleries. This show reflects the manner in which artists explore the structural principles of seriality and repetition - upon which pop and minimalism are reliant -, all the while being influenced by the proto-cinema of Eadweard Muybridge.
