As part of the Constellation program unfolding throughout the Centre Pompidou’s renovation period, the H’ART Museum in Amsterdam is one of the new partners with whom the Centre has signed a multi-year agreement. This collaboration will feature five major exhibitions, each developed around the excellence and masterpieces of the Musée National d’Art Moderne collection.

The H’ART Museum was inaugurated in 2009 under the name Dutch Hermitage Amsterdam, in partnership with the Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Following the conclusion of this collaboration in 2022, the institution came under the management of the H’ART Foundation.
Today, the museum hosts part of the Amsterdam Museum’s collection. Complementing this, it sets itself apart with a strong ambition: to present exhibitions curated in partnership with major international museums. Collaborations with the British Museum in London, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C. enable the H’ART Museum to bring major masterpieces and prestigious collections to Amsterdam—works that are rarely seen in the Netherlands.
